The timing just isn't right there, lol. Quite hypnotic all the same.

Niall Grimley any relation to Paul?

None that anybody knows about

Not related to John or Mark either.
What about Matthew and Luke?

Not even Simon and Peter.

Speith would be short enough odds next month! The Irish lads (bar Rory) had a nightmare

Looked on betfair this evening he's 15/2, Mcilroy 9/1, DJ 10/1

McIlroy has won 2 times at Quail Hollow in the last 6 years at the Wells Fargo - where this years PGA is.

McIlroy had his best round as a pro at Quail Hollow the 1st time he won it. He shot 62 In the final round and seemed to hit every 2nd shot to 3 or 4 ft. The market has settled a bit now and both McIlroy 15/2 and DJ 8/1 are a shorter price than Spieth 8/1

The annoying thing for me as a fan of McIlroy is that he can have the longest drive in the field, and leaves himself with a sand wedge into the green, but he will still hits it 15 or 20 yards from the pin. Hell, I can do that.

Complaining that the bottom 16 teams don't get to the closing stages of the CHAMPIONSHIP. :o
What do they want - a handicap system?

Exactly. If they want to make the final stages of the championship they should work harder. If Clare/Tipperary can come on leaps and bounds in football then there's no excuse.

Go to Leitrim and spout your elitism, please.

This notion that weaker teams have a right to be in the latter stages isn't right. Teams should be there on merit, not pity.

It is also inherently unfair, because some counties have less population, less clubs and less players than others.

I'm not in favour of the super 8's, even though Armagh would have benefited from it in the past. The new system takes away from the magic of the knockout stages.

Amazing how Spieth came back from what looked like disaster on the 13th
Like I said he is a machine.
Orior will be sickened  ;D

You betcha. Sick as a parrot.

If I was an official, I was deduct Spieth 2 shots for slow play, but the fecker would still win.

Why do you not like Spieth Orior ? Always seems a decent enough sort.

To be honest, I don't really know.

Maybe LL is right, and it is just that he might take Rory's crown. Plus the slow play.

typical shite as usual!

Ahem. Kucher made a double point of calling it the British Open last night, contrary to what the interviewer said.

They'd sh*te themselves if they seen a Thompson gun. Bawbegs... them and Linfield supporters flip sides of the same coin. Sectarian bullsh*t

Flip, it has been a few years since I've heard and song "off to Dublin". It was a regular tune on the bus in the 1970s.

Serious recovery to save par on eight by McIllroy. Turning point?

I'd still make him a 15 handicap.
