Aghaloo, Ardboe and Aghyaran.

Any other Tyrone place names that begin with A or Agh?

Aghabrack and Augher.
Stand up for the Ulstermen!

I spent a night in Aghabrack, should have remembered that myself.

Trials are starting in a few weeks time, so don't think so.

Did you think it was a good year for the minors.  Did they make their level?

How far do you think they should have gone, Snippets?

To be honest In a year where we get a team to a mcrory final Id like to see an Ulster final place, maybe that was too ambitious this year and the stuff wasnt there, hence the question.  I see very defensive positions emerging so Ill lay off.

Both Coyle & Donnelly (v All Ireland winners Down 99) and Munroe ( v Ulster winners Donegal 06) were beat in Ulster Semi Finals in their first year in charge so I wouldn't be too worried just yet.

As an aside there were 2 Tyrone teams in the MacRory final in 2009 and yet they got beat in the 1st round by an Armagh team that won the All Ireland. But like this year, many of the main men were overage for the minors.

I for one would welcome a change in management. In fact I saw enough after last years debacle in the Ulster Final when a host of subsitutions were made that cost Tyrone the title.

Time for someone new.
It is what it is.
